Consists of an electronically controlled cross cut fence (4th axis)
with a cutting length of 100-3300mm, mitre table T7435 with BUS
connection to the controls (table angle is fully integrated in the
controls as the 5th axis, creating a fully automated length compensation
for mitre cuts), incl. 500mm extendable support T7436.
The fourth axis
for the T74 Automatic comprises a full package combining the controlled
cross-cut fence with the mitre cross-cut table. Apart from the cutting
height, angle, and width, this concepts also fully integrates the
cutting length and the table angle in the control. Simply enter the
needed length and width; the control positions the saw blade and
the stops. The length compensation needed for angle cuts is also
fully automated: the mitre cross-cut table, which is connected to
the control over a bus line, sends the angle data directly to the
control; the length compensation takes place dynamically when you
set the table. In this way, your T74 Automatic becomes a true mitre-cutting
centre. The large cutting range from 100 to 3300mm
of the stop that is always mounted in the rear position enables quick
and variable operations, as the entire range is covered by two flipping
stops. Depending on the length of the cut, the respective stop is
displayed. If you need to work with longer workpieces, you will particularly
appreciate the extensible support, which is also included in the
package.
