The full integration in the touchscreen control facilitates all adjustments. By means of clearly arranged read-outs, the scoring position and kerf width (3-axis system) can be adjusted in 5/100 mm increments, and the scoring height is variable. On the 2-axis system, the scoring-height axis and the left/right axis is set by means of digital displays while the machine is running. As on conventional systems, the machine must be stopped to adjust the scoring width. However, if you combine the 2-axis system with the “Ritzfix” saw-blade system T7422, this
adjustment takes place in a much more convenient way. On the patented
Martin 3-axis system, everything - including the scoring width -
can be adjusted electronically while the machine is running. The
advantage of this concept is that all scoring-blade settings that
affect the cutting quality can be performed quickly and precisely.
The time-consuming process of turning the machine on and off to set-up
a different kerf on the scoring unit is a thing of the past. |
