Option Sliding
table
With travelling length 1400mm, hardened guide-ways, guided play-free,
work table vertically adjustable , angular adjustment up to 45° in
both direction (length stop can be adjusted up to 65° in both
directions) and foldable (space saving), with length stop LAS with
3 stops (for workpieces up to 1750mm in length), eccentric clamp
and guard (for tools with max Ø 350mm). If the guard for mortising
works is used the spindle speed will be limited to 4500rpm. Push
button for automatic start of cutter spindle and an emergency stop
button at the sliding table within easy reach. Guide rail continuously
slidable (weight of sliding table about 175kg). If a feeder should
be mounted to the right of the fence, the T2641 swinging support
for feed unit option will be necessary.
Whether you do profiling of bigger
cross sections or do mortising and tenoning, it all can be done easily
with the sliding table. The solid table, which offers a large and
safe support, can be turned in both directions up to an angle of
45° (fence up to 65°). Thus, also diagonally cutted pieces
can be fixed and worked safely. If the sliding table is not needed,
it can be lowered to the level of the machine table and therefore
also be used as a table extension on the left hand side. The bar
can be moved to the rear until it is at one level with the machine
table. |
