adjustable table opening
For tools with ø 70-220mm, patent no. DE 195 186 13. One
challenge is the best possible closure of the opening between the
tool and the machine table during the set-up of a shaper. With the
patented motorized table rings we found the perfect solution. By
turning the corresponding knob, the eccentric rings, and therefore
the opening, can be continuously variably opened or closed. So at
the beginning of the set-up you do not have to know which ring you
have to insert into the table, but adjust the ring at the end of
the set-up according to the size of the inserted arbor. |
