	The T26 CNC noticeably reduces the set-up time of complex profiles by featuring tool calculation, programming, online machine operation and more. A modern PLC unit helps you to control the cutting height, spindle tilt, depth of cut and the position of the infeed jaw. Even the automated adjustment of the table opening to the tool diameter can be added as an additional option.

Reduced Set-up Time
If the machine is operated under the right conditions, set-up time can be reduced by more than 50% (compared to a conventional tilting shaper). Even simple adjustments, e.g. rebates, are adjusted by more than 20% faster with CNC support. Apart from the speed, also the exact repetition of a task is a decisive argument.

Technically complex machines as the T26 CNC do not necessarily have to be used in big work shops only. Whenever a lot of settings have to be done – which leads to a great loss of working time – you will see the big advantages of this machine. The decisive factor is always the reduction of set-up time in comparison with the machine’s total running time.

Reference Points
Once the inserted tool has been activated, you work according to the dimensions of the drawings. The indications of the cutting height and the cutting depth always refer to the reference level “table” and “fence” – also at tilted arbor. Set the reference point of the tool according to your drawing and the task is set perfectly.

Programmable Logic Control
The easy-to-operate PLC allows you to store 1000 individual tool positions and up to 100 different tools. Thus, repeating works can be adjusted within seconds.

The decisive advantage of the Martin control is its easy operation. Its structure is very clear and logical, providing a very short learning curve to the users.

Motorised Fence
The T26 CNC motorised fence can be removed as well. If your machine is equipped with a swinging support, the precision instrument “fence“ does not have to be lifted from the table, but can be swung to the rear.

Customisation Options - tool-less cutter change
If you equip your machine with the optional tool-less quick cutter change system instead of the standard DORNFIX-system which comes with the machine, even the changing of the arbor-tool-combinations and their activation can be done within seconds.

Tool Calculation
The tool calculation calculates the position of the spindle, the fence, the tool’s mounting position at the spindle as well as the spindle’s tilt so that the display permanently indicates the position of the determined tool’s reference point. For your advantage complex profile adjustments with tilted spindle can be performed easily and exactly according to your drawing. Only the dimensions of height, depth and angle for the reference point are required.

Online Operation
A special MS-Windows® based software allows to operate the T26 CNC from a PC via data cable. This online solution enables to prepare each program for the T26 CNC during work preparation, manage tooling and back up data externally. Control of the work flow from the office is finally possible.
